Janene Gordon is a certified polygraph examiner with over 26 years of professional polygraph experience. She is owner and sole proprietor of Polygraph: Proof Positive. She has a total of over 38 years of criminal investigative experience. She has received extensive law enforcement training from numerous federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies.
Janene received her basic polygraph training from the US Department of Defense Polygraph Institute, the world's leading polygraph research and training program. She has maintained continuous training by attending yearly American Polygraph Association, American Association of Police Polygraphists (AAPP), and California Association of Polygraph Examiners (CAPE) seminars. She has also served on the Board of Directors of all three of these professional originations. Currently, she serves as the Vice President of AAPP and has held the Region I Director elected position since 1999. She currently is also the President of CAPE.
She has traveled all over the continental United States, its territories, and some foreign countries conducting polygraph examinations involving all conceivable types of criminal, as well as, civil issues. She has qualified as an expert and testified concerning polygraph in local, state, and federal courts. Over her career she has also been responsible for supervising other polygraph examiners and conducting quality control of their examinations.
Since retiring from federal service, Janene has established Polygraph: Proof Positive. She offers and provides her extensive knowledge and experience in polygraph to private attorneys, law enforcement agencies, and individuals needing to know the truth.

Rick Jordan is a certified polygraph examiner, or “Forensic Psychophysiologist.” He is the President of RF Jordan & Associates, Inc. Rick has over 35 years experience as a criminal investigator. He has received over 4000 hours of training in law enforcement and criminal investigations.
Rick has over 10 years of experience in the field of Polygraph. He received his training in polygraph from the Argenbright International Institute of Polygraph in Atlanta, Georgia in 1998. He graduated second in his class after ten weeks of training. After graduation, he completed a year internship with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.
He attends several seminars every year to keep up with the latest innovations in the profession. Since 1998, he has received over three thousand five hundred (3500) hours of training in the science of polygraph and has administered over two thousand (2000) polygraphs.
After retiring from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, he spent six years as the head polygraph examiner for the Northern District of Nevada, Nevada Department of Public Safety, Investigation Division. In that position, he conducted criminal polygraph examinations of suspects, victims and witnesses of various crimes, including homicide, arson, theft, assault, child sexual assault, child molestation, rape, escape, missing persons, and drug offences. He also conducted polygraph examinations on applicants for various law enforcement positions.
In addition, he provided the polygraph testing of convicted sex offenders in treatment under the supervision of the Nevada Division of Parole and Probation for the northern division of Nevada.
Now that he has retired from government service, he is continuing to provide his expertise to the private sector. He has relocated to Montana, where he is providing his services in the Montana / Wyoming areas, while he is continuing to service his clients in northern California area on a regular basis. He also travels wherever his clients might need his service.

Ronald (Ron) Higa is a certified polygraph examiner with over 32 years of criminal investigation experience. Although he retired as a certified federal polygraph examiner, he also worked as a counterespionage case officer and police officer. In addition to the training he received in the polygraph field, he has also received training in a multitude of criminal investigation disciplines, facets of counterintelligence operations as well as investigating violations of federal and state criminal statues.
Ron is a graduate of the Department of Defense Polygraph Institute (now known as the Defense Academy for Credibility Assessment), the internationally recognized leader in polygraph training and credibility assessment research. He has maintained his training and education in the polygraph field by meeting and exceeding federal standards for continuing education. He is also a primary polygraph instructor at the Orange County Polygraph Institute in Mission Viejo, CA.
As a federal polygraph examiner, Ron has conducted polygraph examinations throughout the United States. He has conducted polygraph examinations related to mail bomb investigation, assaults, robberies, burglaries, thefts, embezzlements, child sexual exploitation and abuse, sexual harassments and other areas. He has also conducted polygraph examinations on a contract basis for the City of Los Angeles as well as for private clients.
